Range of Emotions

So little and so much has happened since the last time I posted on this blog. Four years, on November 2016, Donald J. Trump was elected to be President of the United States of America. It was an election
I would never forget. I had never felt such of a range of emotions in my life.

I remember the weather was cold and cloudy that day. I went to my nearest polling place and voted. After I got home, my heart was beating for the rest of the day and night. I did not get much sleep that night either. There was a weird feeling in my stomach that I could not describe. Then...the news come.

The next very next morning, I felt really depressed and scared at the same time. I was scared for not only the future of the United State of America but the world was well.I was scared that the United States of America would by something out of a dystopian novel like 1984 by George Orwell. I was scared for myself, my family and my friends.

Now here's the depressed part. I felt bad both emotionally and mentally. However, good thing I had God, good friends and family to get me though. My sister told me that Trump's an idiot and he can not to what he wants. Usually, my dad has CNN was his TV before he goes to work. But on that morning, his TV was off. My mom, was working at Walmart at the time, told me that Caucasian people apologized to her.

On November 7, 2020, Joe Biden was elected President of the United States of America. I can not deal with four years of Trump at all. Thank God that's over!
